The quickest way to get from Phuket to Koh Phi Phi Island is to take a speedboat from Rassada Pier, with the journey taking around one hour.
There are several departures from Rassada Pier to Koh Phi Phi each day, with prices starting at 700 Baht for a one-way speedboat ticket. The pier is located near Phuket Town, and is easy to reach by taxi.

Ferry to Koh Phi Phi From Phuket
Taking a ferry from Rassada Pier is the cheapest way to get from Phuket to Koh Phi Phi. It takes around two hours to get from Rassada Pier to Ton Sai Pier on Phi Phi Don Island, or up to three hours if you’re going to Laem Tong Beach Pier.

Another option is to book a taxi and ferry/speedboat transfer from your hotel in Phuket to Ton Sai Pier or Laem Tong Pier in Koh Phi Phi. These transfers are often in shared vans, and they’re generally cheaper than paying for a private taxi to the pier.

How To Get From Phuket Airport to Koh Phi Phi
The final option is to take a van and ferry transfer from Phuket Airport to Koh Phi Phi. These transfers should be booked in advance, taking your flight time into consideration, although often it’s easier to spend a night or two in Phuket before heading over to Phi Phi Island.
If you do want to go to Koh Phi Phi directly from Phuket Airport then transfers can be booked in advance. Make sure to use the departure point filter to set your starting point as the airport.
It takes approximately 3–4 hours to get from Phuket Airport to Koh Phi Phi. Prices start from 1,000 Baht per person to Ton Sai Pier by ferry and 1,400 Baht by speedboat.
